Re: Complaint on Excessive Charging of Electricity Bill
Dear Sir/Madam,
It is with great regret that we bring this complaint to TNB. On behalf of Sierra 1, 16 Sierra residents, we would like to file a complaint with regards to the excessive charging of electricity bill for the month of July 2015.
The residents were charged for a cycle of 37 days. This has caused some bills to cost 50% more than usual. This is an unacceptable practice by TNB and the residents are not happy about this.
A non-exhaustive list of affected residents together with their TNB account numbers is as attached. We demand TNB to provide an acceptable explanation and compensation on what is clearly TNB’s fault, failing which, this matter will be escalated to the relevant authorities including, but not limited to, FOMCA and/or Kementrian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Penggunaan.
We urge TNB to view this matter seriously and to respond appropriately.
